1. Overview
All payments made to Kanchi Radian IAS Academy are processed through Razorpay, a secure and trusted payment gateway. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing the interests of our students and the operational needs of the academy.
2. Current Affairs Subscriptions

| Monthly Plan | ₹150 | Within 48 hours of purchase, if fewer than 3 files have been accessed. |
* Daily current affairs downloads are provided free of charge and are non-refundable. Completed subscription periods are not eligible for partial refunds.
3. Online Batch Enrollment
Refund requests for online batch enrollment fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following conditions apply:
- ✓ Refund request submitted within 3 days of payment
- ✓ No live class session has been attended by the student
- ✓ No study materials or recorded sessions have been downloaded
- ✗ Refunds are NOT applicable after the first live class session
- ✗ Refunds are NOT applicable for students who have accessed recorded sessions
4. Non-Refundable Items
- ✗ Daily current affairs (free of charge)
- ✗ Any subscription or plan that has been partially or fully consumed
- ✗ Enrollment fees for offline (Regular / Weekend) batches once attendance has begun
- ✗ Convenience fees or payment gateway charges (non-refundable)
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us within the eligible period with the following details:
• Your full name and registered username
• Phone number linked to the account
• Razorpay Payment ID (found in the payment confirmation SMS/email)
• Reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing
Upon approval, refunds will be credited to the original payment source (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking) within 5–7 business working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will notify you via phone or email once the refund has been approved and initiated.
7. Amendments
Kanchi Radian IAS Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy before making any purchase.
